Statement on the current state of development
The website is developed with the aim of making its content as understandable, robust and accessible as possible without unnecessary technical hurdles.
Already taken into account
- semantic headings and clear page areas
- Jump link to main content
- Keyboard operation of navigation
- visible focus states and sufficiently large controls
- Alternative texts for content-relevant images
- Responsive display for different screen sizes
- reduced movements with appropriate system settings
Known limitations
The historical archive pages were created using older web technologies and will not be changed editorially or structurally for reasons of documentary completeness. They therefore do not consistently meet current requirements for accessibility, mobile display and keyboard operation.
Individual historical images and scanned documents may also contain incomplete alternative texts or incompletely accessible text content.
