Data protection based on actual functionality

The current version is a static project website under development. User accounts, forms, newsletters, payments, web analytics, advertising pixels, tracking and CRM transfers are not activated.

2. Nature and purpose of the website

The website provides information about the history of the Universum Center, the Info Punkt from 2012 and the current development of an independent project perspective. There is currently no registration, user accounts, comment function, technically connected contact form, newsletter or payment processing.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access the published website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data. This may include IP address, date and time, file requested, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and hostname. This serves delivery, stability, error analysis and protection against misuse.

4. Cookies, local storage and analysis

The current version does not use unnecessary cookies, does not use web analysis, advertising pixels and user tracking. No user input is saved locally in the browser. No consent banner is required for this range of functions.

If services requiring consent are added later, they will only be loaded after effective consent. The explanation will then be expanded before activation.

5. Local writings, scripts and media

Fonts, scripts, logos and images are loaded from your own website or used as locally available system fonts. There are currently no embedded maps, external videos, social media plugins or external font services on the new project page that send data to third parties when the page is accessed.

When contacting us via email, the information provided, in particular name, email address, message content and time, will be processed to process the request and possible follow-up questions.

7. Historical websites, photographs and project archives

The website provides local archive versions of the previous official UC page and the Info Punkts website from 2012. As historical documents, these areas are generally not rewritten editorially. They may contain older contact details, external links, photographs and notes.

Historical photographs and media are only provided in the context of a documentary project. Persons depicted, rights holders or former contributors can initiate a review, correction, removal or obscuration via the above contact address.

8. External links

When opening external links, for example to city information pages, Kulturfahrschule, ARTOPIA or historical third-party offers, you will leave this website. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on the target page.

9. Recipients and storage period

Personal data will only be passed on if this is necessary for hosting, communication, legal obligations or an expressly requested service. Data is only stored for as long as the respective purpose, legal retention requirements or legitimate interests in documentation and legal defense require it.
